Starry Light Lamps by Anagraphic
Starry Light is a collection of constellation lamps born out of the collaboration of graphic designer, Anna Farkas and interior designer Miklós Batisz. The LED pendant lamp was originally designed as an art-piece by Farkas, but after almost a year in development, the company have finally been able to sell them.
Manufactured by hand, the lamp projects the celestial constellations of the Northern Hemisphere’s two equinoxes and solstices onto nearby walls and ceilings. It’s such a beautifully simple idea. I’d love to lie on my bed and see the stars mapped out in front of me.
Starry Light Lamps are manufactured by hand in different workshops in Budapest, Hungary (Europe). Each item is designed, decorated and drilled by the hands of skilled designers and craftsmen, allowing the final items to be unique and customized.
The source of light in Starry Lights is specially designed and produced for the collection. Due to its special elaboration, it provides different light intensity in two directions, providing a strong direct light downwards, and ideal circumstances for the stars to shine on the walls. The light source emits a warm, white light—ideal for any home environment.
